Eagle Scout (a scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful...yada, yada, yada)
University of Montana, majored in Zoology (can you believe it?)
Member of the university swim team, a springboard diver (1 meter and 3 meter) and certified lifeguard.
Lived in Denver and was a pet store manager (thus, taking advantage of my education in Zoology)
Waterfront director for a Boy Scout camp on Flathead Lake (tough duty!).
Swim team coach in Seattle
Worked heavy construction for Montana Power in Missoula, MT
Manager of national chain restaurant in Great Falls, MT
Met the love of my life and married her...still the love of my life...and the best part about me...really.
Three years in Kansas as an area manager for national restaurant chain. Was robbed at gunpoint here. Scary!

Sold our business, time for new careers and an empty nest.
Wife earns degree in Education, becomes a teacher in Bigfork after working and going to school for six years (I am so proud of her)!
I am a dog-lover! I have had 3 Newfoundlands, 1 Doberman Pinscher, 2 Samoyeds and am currently owned by a Shiba-Inu named Dyojii (D-O-G...get it?)

As you can see from all the miscellaneous events in this one man's life, time is relentless and keeps marching on. Which is why it is so important to record those moments and places which are special to us, to be able to look back, see where we've been, how far we've come, how much we've changed; how much life has happened to us! When we're gone, the pictures will remain. They will tell the future our story...who we were and about our lives. Your heirs will thank you.

Digitalmontana Photography is an award-winning studio and we've been taking pictures for many years (however, don't confuse us with your mother and father's studio). Our photography has a much different look to it. It's sharp, colorful, sexy, refreshing and once in a while we break the rules! I am an automath (which means I educated myself) and my creative talents produce beautiful images of landscapes, wildlife and nature, but my passion is creating beautiful pictures of people! You can see some of my passion on this website.

I'm honest, friendly, and ethical in my dealings, and (as you have probably figured out, and according to my wife) I have a slightly warped sense of humor. I enjoy using my God-given talents to create beautiful images of moments and places which are special and I believe in producing images which take your breath away and leave you wanting to see more; fine-art that will stand the test of time.
